Concept

The project proposes the regeneration of the coastal edge of the Vigo estuary through the creation of an integrated nautical, sports and wellness complex. Located in the former ETEA district, the intervention enhances public access to the shoreline while strengthening the relationship between architecture, landscape and maritime activity. The architectural layout follows the natural geometry of the coast, generating a sequence of platforms, open spaces and buildings that frame views toward the estuary.
